Ultimate Multiverse: Demo Prototype

This is a demo prototype made for a Game Jam, this is a click and point game of a tiny shoe-box size world. In this world, you explore a open island as a inventor who is bent on revenge against a rival of his who stole important data. Visit the abandoned robotics factory to gather parts for your army, or the junk yard to continue with your progress in building all kinds of portal machines ranging from simple teleportation, to time travel, to the latest invention a 5th dimensional portal. If collecting and building isn't your thing, that's fine! Feel free to hang out at the bar, go on vacation, gamble your money and potentially service to a group of pirates. Play for as long or as short as you like, this game is made to be opened to allow different playstyles if you like to play it safe, take a form of action, or to go full chaos mode.

This game was made by one person, please feel free to leave feedback for what you like or what you didn't like. I am looking to make a full game with a story that actually involves the idea of a multiverse, this is my way of getting something published because I ran through SO many different prototypes before coming across the 2025 Game Jam about tiny worlds, plus it'll be good to see what you think about the mechanics and what I could improve on. I already have a list of things I'm already thinking about, below is my list of improvements:

1. Add player character model

2. Add NPCs

3. Add special effects

4. Add SFX (Besides what I already have)

5. Refine Main Menu

6. Level overhaul (Scale of overhaul depends on player feedback)

7. Less of a visual novel (Might keep elements if there's positive reviews)

8. Character campaigns (Part of the overhaul. This will take the longest, probably...)

9. Add music (8 bit--16 bit style music)
